"First off the location in the Tuscan village was amazing, love the shops, restaurants all within walking distance. Staff, rooms, pool and fitness center were outstanding. My famliy and I loved our stay and will be back."

"Bed, room ok. Wake up, no coffee (empty) no staff at desk, no one eating in dining at 830am. I waked across the street to other property and easily had coffee (strange, but no questions asked). Breakfast is full menu, sit and wait if you’re into that. My Son is not, he loves options, it’s fun. The other place is cleaner, more modern, and has options (like coffee) and friendly A.M staff, and it’s 100+ less. It’s 2026, dinosaurs still exist. The $5 for parking was also weird."

"Very clean, staff was kind and courteous, Just wish our neighbors weren’t so loud: blasting the TV, slamming doors and talking like no one could hear them (late night). But that is no fault of the hotel or staff."

"The staff were absolutely amazing. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The room was spacious. The breakfast was absolutely killer. 10/10. The gym had a great assortment of equipment. The indoor pool was great. The location was perfect. You didn't hear traffic all night, but you could still get to anything you needed within 5/10 minutes. I will definitely stay here again if I ever find myself in the area."

"I usually stay at Homewood Suites because I like the rooms and they have a good breakfast. The breakfast at this one wasn't very good at all. The scrambled eggs were hard formed and overcooked. They had tortillas, but when I went to fold it, it broke apart and was useless. The fruit salad has the string processed flavor where everything tastes the same. I will go somewhere else next time I am in the area."

"google maps did not know that Old Rier Road was severed by I93. So their directions were impossible. We figured out the way to get to the motel but it was a frustration."

"It was a very small room but clean and nice. The workers were friendly. It was a little noisy above us but that can happen. The breakfast wasn't great but at least it was something."

"Hotel is under major renovations and does not disclose this! Hotel emailed me the morning of my check-in date to tell me that the 2 bedroom suite I had reserved months in advance was not available. The morning I was to check in is when they email me to tell me this news as I'm on an airplane traveling across the country about to arrive. The rate being charged in no way reflected the major renovations going on. Hallways, elevators, lobby, breakfast area all under renovation. We went elsewhere....
