"Now called the Developer Inn, we found this motel to be quite nice albeit near a prison and the freeway. There was a little gas station food mart across the road but any other stores were very far away. The motel itself was four floors with exterior doorways and we had the top floor with a great view of the area as well as the sunrise in the morning. It was quite peaceful and quiet. The outdoor swimming pool was very nice. We thoroughly enjoyed the included breakfast in the morning with a very good variety of quality foods, including hot scrambled eggs and a waffle station."

"Took 45 minutes to check in. 1 person on the desk. Line out the door. Hot water was not working. Said they were working on it but still not working next morning. It was close to where we needed to go but it is definitely dated and worn down. Not much choice for breakfast but was better than nothing. The staff were pleasant, friendly and attentive. The room was clean and the ac worked well. Bed was comfortable. If you just need a cheap place to sleep in downtown Orlando it fits the bill. Just don't expect much "

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The fridge was missing the little bars that made it so we could use the door, didn't like the bathroom fan being on all of the time and the handle on the shower was a little loose. The great things are a wonderful breakfast. Loved getting fresh omelets. Was also nice to have a dinner option available. Parking was expensive but convenient. Would definitely stay again. "
