"The room was hot. The AC didn’t work and they sent someone to do it, but it still didn’t work. The people were great. The bar was good and the rooftop bar. I don’t think I could come back again, though the area was a little bit much for me as well."

"The lobby area always smelled of grilled food and this was not an appetite stimulating aroma. The room was clean. The staff were very attentive and addressed issues quickly. The power shade was broken on check in and was repaired within minutes of notifying the staff. We also had an issue with our door lock. The battery went dead. Again within minutes the issue was resolved. Just do something about that lobby oder. It is not appealing. "

Needed assistance with luggage when leaving. The attendant took forever to arrive and then showed up without a luggage cart. Supplies in the M club, such a cups and plates, often ran out with no one paying attention to the need to re-supply."
