A refund of my Uber cost would have been nice."

"Under construction- the whole place. Entrances, hallways, common areas. Nearly tripped over communication cable in the hallway. Walked through filth to the elevators. Most of the sidewalks are missing panels and aren't fully accessible. We were in a finished room and it was actually nice. However, i work construction. I know from experience that phasing matters.
