"When booking on line I could not find a room with shower only. Since we were within an hour of arrival, I made a non-refundable payment (prepaid). When checking in I asked about a room with "shower only". I was advised that there was such a room available at a higher rate, but I could not upgrade my reservation as it was prepaid! Seems rather ridiculous!"
