"The hotel needs a facelift to start. I was unimpressed with the facility due to cleanliness, inside the hallway even to the restrooms. The front of house staff (assistant manager- gentleman) was RUDE! I asked for extra towels, never received them, and I spoke with the Housekeeping management. My last day of checkout, I spoke with a gentleman at the front desk, who assured me that I could do a late checkout for 12 noon so that I could use the shuttle to get to the airport.
