The staff were very attentive, courteous and sweet. We enjoyed our stay here. I would highly recommend the trident at Nariman Point.

Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach Hotel
Bathroom was dated, reception staff were ok. Annoying you can't sit and enjoy a coffee outside the club area. The hotel lobby was clean, but a very strong smell of air freshner, and slightly on the cold side.

Pinaki Comfort Stay, Vile Parle - Near Airport
Cockroaches in kitchen bathroom and rooms. The helping staff is very odd, its as if you are a hindrance in their space. Very odd feeling while staying there. Only USP is the location.
