"Nice place right on the beach. It's old but it had everything we needed. My kids loved the ping pong table while we BBQed. Nice fire pit to sit by and enjoy the evening. There is a grocery store right across the street if you forgot anything. I would recommend this place if you are not looking for fancy."

"The property was very pretty and well maintained. The room was very clean and housekeeping did awesome. The only thing was that the room was very very dated. They did have a few rooms under remodel so very sure they are updating. Great location as well!"

"Rooms need renovating. Toilet not secured to the floor. Water leaked all over the counter from handle of faucet when water was turned on in the sink. Staff was friendly, but really no amenities to speak of. Vending machines down the hall we’re quite expensive. Swimming pool was one block away at a sister hotel. Would not stay here again and would not recommend. The only positive was the location, one block away from the ocean."

"Great little budget spot in a good location in PB close to the beach. Didn't expect a full apartment but the couch was comfy for lounging and the mini kitchen was nice. Would definitely stay again."
