I did eat there one night, but friend paid on his card. Drank and paid cash other time. They were being difficult and I told them I’d dispute with CC company they were not understanding Overall still the best value in Reno"

"This property has not kept up with the times - although it tries.Value is not there and everything feels dated. The room was okay but the noise - almost 24 hours a day - was not good (motorcycles non-stop reverberated a LOT of noise)."

"Room was nice. No elevator, only stairs and all rooms are on 2nd & 3rd floor. Terrible sketchy neighborhood. Bartenders were helpful, especially Jess, as there’s no front desk or luggage assistance."
