"Absolutely wonderful"

"Left the room for one hour, we came back and BUGS all over our room, in toilet, coming out of the sink, ended up going on our bed, on the walls EVERWHERE. They gave us a 2nd room and still bugs and ants. Asked for refund for 1 night as we didnt feel comfortable staying there and they refused and STILL refuse. We asked Expedia for help only they helped us a bit but the hotel refuses apparently “its normal because of tropical island”. Of course there are bugs, but not like this. The front desk...

"The body scrub at the spa was great!"

"La chambre était propre tout comme la cuisine et l’accueil parfait Très sympa pour un séjour sur la superbe plage à Tema’e"

"Arnaud was a very enthusiastic host and our needs were efficiently met. We ate breakfast and dinner and the hosts accommodated our preferences. One small drawback is that it is a bit loud with traffic nearby. Otherwise would recommend for sure!"

"We had the most memorable stay thanks to the wonderful host, Kiki. So friendly and welcoming. The room was immaculate. "The room i was assigned to initially had problems withe the toilet and tv that couldn't be rectified. The staff was so helpful especialy the front desk manager that helped us relocate to a beautiful suite."

"Unit directly on the beach was great. Very quiet and relaxing stay."

"The bathrooms were disgusting, I don’t think anyone cleaned them the whole 6 days I was there. I scrubbed the toilet myself b/c it was so nasty. The sheets on my bed were used and not washed. Great area-too bad it cost so much for not much."
