"The hotel is located at the centre of Beijing and easily accessible to may attractions. Below the hotel is a big mall with many options of food and shopping. The family room is spacious and clean. The concierge Devin is a very helpful guy and we will definitely book this hotel at our next visit "

"Advertised as a private room but was actually a dorm (same story reported by other travelers). Sheets instead of curtains. Told off for talking at 11pm. Noisy repairs underway from 7am. Floors never swept, tables sticky. Gave the property 3 days notice I would be leaving early but they still refused even a partial refund for the remaining nights, leaving me hundreds of dollars out of pocket. Absolute money grubbing. Stay away."

"Room was small, but cozi. Had all the amenities. The stuff was very good, polite and helpful. Room was clean, fresh clean towel. Very quiet at night, couldnt hear any ouside noise. Just one small thing. For some reason the GPS map was having a hard time locating it. But after I checked in I kind of found a way to get around. Also, thank you very much to the staff, they let me check in and go to my room as early as 9:30-10am. Really appreciated that. But after i checked in"
