"Check-in was OK until we entered the room and it had a strong smokers room smell and no way we could stay in that room. Went back down to explain situation and luckily they were able to provide another room that was fine. Just a hassle juggling luggage twice back and forth, but they we understanding and accommodating so all OK. Only other thing was the one elevator we seemed to get most of the time wasn’t working right. You couldn’t tell what floor as it’s going since both LED displays at top corners were out and had to watch the button light to tell what floor."

"First room, The bathroom was dirty, the phone did not work to call front desk, the beds were dirty and not made up. We had to move. The second room, bed was dirty, fridge was dirty, bathroom was dirty, coffee maker was dirty, TV was not working, lamp was not working. They gave us the wrong room, I booked a walk in shower wheelchair accessible room, we were put in a bathtub room. We had an accident in the room because it was not wheelchair accessible. The third time we moved to the Ac was not working, bathroom was dirty, bed had stains on it, phone did not work to call front desk. The manager knew the Ac was not working and still put us in the room. They brought a fan up and it was so dirty and dusty. The staff was no help. The two manager were rude an unhelpful. We had to call the cops and the Emergency hospital to help us. Overall the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. I don't know how they are still in business."
