"Bathroom wasn’t clean, heat didn’t work and when we ran out of toilet paper (which was never stocked because we were there for 30 minutes before it ran out) they didn’t bring up tissue until the next morning. They provided us with a cheap blanket due to the room being cold. Never staying here again. On a lighter note the assistant manager was helpful the next morning at check out."

"I’ve stayed at Ocean a few times and it’s one of my favorite hotels. Overall I still had a great experience, but there were a few downsides during this stay. The room doors are very thin, so hallway conversations were extremely loud. The bathroom also really needed an exhaust fan because it became very humid after showers. "Communication was okay. Had a hard time connecting to the WiFi networks. What was provided did not show up. A few outlets did not work by kitchen area and master room. Light in master room did not work."

"We had no hot water in the shower my husband kept reporting it to the front desk . They kept telling us they will have man fix it .It was never fixed no one ever came to fix it . We had to keep shower running all night in morning water was still not hot . We never had these issues staying here not our first time . We were so disappointed that this happened."
