"Loved the spread of breakfast! All good except shower was too harsh for all of us in the family."

"This place was a mixed bag. On one hand, the location simply can’t be beat, being right at Shuttle Stop 5 is incredibly convenient for getting into the park, and having a gift shop and restaurant on-site makes things easy. Although the breakfast vouchers are not too convenient if you’re just trying grab a quick bite before starting your early hike. We stayed in Room 320 on the 2nd floor and loved the balcony—the views are gorgeous, and we saw deer every single day, along with the other farm animals on the property. Our towels were covered in an excessive amount of lint. I had to repeatedly fluff them off else we would be covered with lint and look like a cottonball (maybe time to clean the dryer lint traps?). The linens had spots of stains on them which really makes you wonder if it’s time for the inn to invest in some replacements. Just a heads-up that these are two-story buildings with stairs only and no elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage up. On the bright side, the room was well-equipped with a microwave and a fridge, and they even provide a sound machine to help you sleep. The lobby offers ice water, hot chocolate, and coffee, and there is a very convenient refillable water bottle station down the hall. Parking was also a breeze. It’s a charming spot with great perks and views, but the housekeeping and room maintenance definitely need more attention to detail."

"Amazing hotel at an amazing location. Amazing view to Zion mountains and right next to river with room access. You can walk to visitor center and no need to worry about the crowded parking at Zion visitor center parking. Staffs are amazing and great breakfast options. Amazing stay and kids friendly!! Thanks for making our stay memorable"

"Breakfast at as awesome! Anything you would want was there. The bed is comfy and the room clean. Th only if hing I didn't like was the light in the room. There was no light over the suitcase caddy. That means when you are living out of a suitcase, you can't see to find anything. It is as very frustrating. Otherwise, it was a very nice stay."
