"Only stayed one night. What could have been a difficult situation was made right before arrival. Cameron(concierge) is the BEST BTW. They accidently gave our room away and there were no more. "Traveling on family vacation in Louisville. Advanced reservation was simple. Arrived and found very friendly staff man working the front desk. Check-in was seamless. Our room was spotless and as nice as anticipated for a four-star hotel. Clean and quiet and safe. We utilize the fitness room, swimming pool, and walked the neighborhood for exercise - safe. When we needed extra bath towels and a blanket one night, there were no issues. The omelette breakfast is top notch. Plenty of close...
