"When I see a listing for breakfast, I assume that means it’s complimentary & that wasn’t the case here at all. They offer a bistro in the lobby that serves breakfast, but nothing about it is complimentary. And then they advertise there is a pool, when in fact they haven’t had a pool since Jan 2026. The two reasons I booked this hotel & they falsely advertise it to get guests. Then they label my children as adults. Very strange. You may have got my business this ONE time, but I will not be back."

"Hotel was very sketchy. Very dated but clean enough. My issue was with a maintenance issue we had. Our shower was leaking heavily on the floor so we informed them and asked for more towels. They asked to come into the room to inspect while we were away, and we obliged. "I did not end up staying. Couldn't get my door open because it was jammed tight in the frame. The bed was on the cheapest frame with 5 legs and would literally slide across the floor since they were uncarpeted floors. The FIRE sprinkler was wrapped with masking tape since they painted, but the paint job was pretty poor. "Faucet handle came off with first use. Tried putting it back on. Water would not stop running, called staff and they couldn’t fix it so they just turned the water off to the faucet and was told to use the water out of the tub to wash hands. AC did not work. Hotel seemed to be rundown. No microwave or no mini fridge in the room. Highly do not recommend."

"I had to call for clean towels on the evening of the second day. I had the sign out because we had a late start that day. Gone by 9:00 am. Maybe housekeeping came through early and say the sign. Why can't they mark the room and come back after they are done with the other rooms. It should not take any extra time since they did not have to spend time on the first pass."
