"This is our favorite hotel in Chicago. The only thing that was different on our last trip was the parking garage next door. It is under new ownership, and they made it very difficult to leave and come back, even though we bought a three-day pass with in-and-out privileges. The management at Claridge House is aware of the situation and is working on a solution. "

"I like this hotel. It is convenient to the things I plan to do in Chicago. The parking is convenient just know you have to drive/walk a block (around the building) to get to the entrance. There is a loading zone in front of the hotel. The staff is helpful. The standard room is small but it works. They could stand to upgrade the mattress but it is ok for a night or two. The ac is not too loud and there was a ceiling fan that was nice to have. The elevator is really small but I don’t think...

"I forgot an art print here in my room. $50 Print. A normal hotel you could call somebody because housekeeping would turn it into lost and found. With this place, the email for customer service returns as doesn’t exist. The phone number direct you to the website which has no way to talk to anybody. "This time, I stayed in the Blue Room, which shares two bathrooms, a well-stocked kitchen, and living space with 2 other bedrooms. I wasn't sure what to expect, but it turned out to be fine. I only encountered one other guest during my overnight stay and it was very quiet (with the exception of typical urban noise outside, which doesn't bother me at all). My only complaint was the bedroom door - there's a deadbolt AND a chain lock, but there's a small gap between the door and the side jamb that...
