"The hotel staff is excellent! Very friendly and very helpful. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The only issue I had was the charging ports and electrical sockets next to our bed did not work which made overnight charging of our phones and watches difficult."

"Good location. Zero service. No option to store luggage close by. Staff who responded to message through Expedia was dismissive. No flexibility. Not worth the money. Find a real hotel and save the hassle. "

"We stay here because it within walking distance of Wrigley. You have to park your own car which there is a garage around the block so it’s not a huge deal but I miss them having valet parking. There is also not in and out privileges unless you want to pay again. The elevator was broken and our AC unit was really loud and did not cool the room very well. It is an older hotel and rooms are on the smaller side. There is no fridge which is inconvenient but we brought a small cooler. The water pressure of the shower was terrible and the water kept getting cold. If you are looking for a hotel within walking distance of Wrigley and just a place to sleep this hotel would be ok but i definitely would not stay for more than one night."

"Warning, no elevator so be prepared to climb stairs. That wasn’t a problem for our party though and we absolutely loved our stay here! The two bedroom apartment was nicely updated, but maintained some of its original charm with high ceilings and big windows. It was clean with comfortable beds, kitchen, and living room. The neighborhood was walkable with good restaurants. Target just up the street. We’ve visited Chicago many times and really enjoyed the neighborhood vibe here. Would 100% stay at this hotel again."

"Very cool hotel, but the rooms are painfully small and the photos are very misleading. Clean and cozy, but if you're staying for more than 2-3 days the small rooms and lack of space might drive you insane. Water pressure was abysmal, and the AC units needs a serious upgrade. Wouldn't stay again, but would highly recommend to our of town Cubs/baseball fans."

"I recently stayed at your hotel on 5/2/26 for a one-night trip to Chicago to attend an event. While I found the facility to be very clean and well-maintained, I am writing to express my frustration regarding an unexpected upcharge for fitness amenities. I was shocked to find a mandatory fee added to my bill for the fitness area, which I was not made aware of prior to booking. Had I known about this charge, I would have chosen a different hotel. As a guest in town for a specific event, I had no time to use these additional amenities and was only at the hotel to rest. Because the fitness area uses card entry, it would be simple to enable access only for guests who opt-in to the service, rather than forcing a charge on every guest. As it stands, I do not believe in paying for amenities I did not use, especially without prior notice. Due to this policy, I felt compelled to leave a low rating. I would only consider staying here again if this added charge was made optional rather than a requirement of the stay. I hope you take this feedback into consideration to improve the experience for future guests. I hope you share this review with the hotel, itself, as I found this a cause for me to lower my opinion of the facility. Not everyone stay at a hotel just for the amenities; especially in Chicago."
