Staff was wonderful. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Only minor complaint would be the tub had hair in it ..overall great stay and will return in the future

The hotel was super clean , friendly stuff , great location, the breakfast was was good just wish there was more options like waffles or something but other than it was good your standard breakfast.. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again..

We have always been extremely satisfied when we stay at this hotel. It is our go-to place when staying in Chicago. The staff is always so welcoming, friendly and professional. We always enjoy dealing with John at the front desk (made our check-out go extremely easy), and Caleb, who was in the restaurant for breakfast, was absolutely wonderful—professional, efficient, gracious, and friendly. We so enjoyed seeing him each morning during our stay.

The two bedroom suites were great for our family of 7 with super comfortable beds and great amenities. Hot breakfast in the AM was delicious and hot chocolate 24-7 was also a score!
