He managed to secure us a reservation at La Perouse — a place that is very difficult to book. This truly made our trip special, and we really appreciated his professionalism and dedication. All the staff were extremely kind, friendly, and made us feel genuinely cared for. The hotel has a beautiful, elegant atmosphere combined with warm hospitality. "WiFi was not working for the time we were staying at the hotel - there was a low-speed access point in the lobby/main-floor but no internet was available on our floor. This made it difficult to book yours, check up on email, etc. A shelf in the bathroom would be helpful as there is zero counter or shelf-space available. The hotel itself is a very nice property. "
