"The location is convenient to all the great sites in the Old City. The hotel is a boutique hotel, small but very quaint with a beautiful staircase wrapped around a glass elevator. The rooms are large and feature high ceilings with great air conditioning. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The front desk staff are super friendly and helpful. "

"Otel gayet güzel, konumu harika. Kapalıçarşı, Ayasofya ve Topkapı Sarayı gibi yerlere yürüme mesafesinde, her yere çok yakın. Otel tertemizdi, çalışanlar ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Fiyat/performans açısından da gayet başarılı.

"3 day stay with my family. Hotel very compact and rooms in the presidential suite really tight for space. However got to grips with it after the first night but beware the sofa bed is ok for one child not two. Thankfully my two coped but I will consider another hotel when coming back to Istanbul.
On a good note Can at reception was a gentleman and helped me with an issue I had on the last day. Offered me late check out aswell which was convenient as my flight back was at 6pm. "
"I was travelling with a family of four in the family room. While the room was a bit tight for four people and luggage, the staff service was outstanding.
My husband needed to have his glasses fixed and the staff was able to expedite having it repaired. All 5 of our luggage was lost and the staff was helpful in calling the airlines on multiple occasions to retrieve them back. We had to have laundry done due to the lost luggage and the staff helped out with that as well.
