"I had an absolute fantastic time and totally love this hotel and its surroundings. The staff are lovely, especially I forget her name but the blonde lady form Slovenia, she as fanstatic and so kind. The hotel has a great breakfast , it's plentiful with lots of options and you eat in scenic surroundings. They also had tapas and prosecco on tap for people checking in, I don't drink but I loved the sparkling water. It's so peaceful here, they have a lovely spa adjoined to the property. It's easy to walk into the town. I only wish that I had a longer stay. I really loved this hotel."

"Good location for shops and trams. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the price was really good. Breakfast was nice just a shame the bar and lounge weren’t open in the evening to relax and unwind."

"Bien que quelque peu décentralisé, mois avons choisi cet hôtel parce qu’il est le seul dans la région à interdire les animaux. Nous y avons adoré notre court séjour du fait de la propriété des lieux, de la grande superficie de la chambre et des installations très modernes mises à notre disposition. Le seul bémol est le café offert à la chambre. Il s’agit de café instantané infect. ce qui est assez surprenant en 2026. Mettre un cafetière Nespresso serait assurément davantage apprécié par les clients. Mais quant au reste, tout était parfait!"

"Lovely historic hotel with spacious rooms. No air-conditioning but small fans supplied. Most rooms have balcony and park view. Well appointed rooms. Friendly reception staff but reception closes at 6.00pm, so later arrivals collect key from box and dont meet hotel staff until the following day. Restaurant and bar is operated by a separate business, not by the hotel. Breakfast staff are neither welcoming nor attentive. Disappointing breakfast, almost no fresh fruit, none at all one morning, just a bowl of apples another morning. Breakfast staff do not top up when items are gone, except for some bread rolls. They are more interested in clearing tables almost before you have finished eating. Coffee machine is difficult to use and milk runs out frequently. We have stayed here previously when breakfast was superb, but hotel ownership has since changed. We didn't use the restaurant following the poor breakfast experience."

"The living and bed rooms are clean. This toilet is also clean but has no mirror. The bathroom is clean and has a mirror. There is a good-sized refrigerator but no pressing iron and ironing board. When these items were requested, they provided a good-sized ironing board and the smallest-sized pressing iron that looks like a toy for little kids. They charged a terrorism fee that was not included in their website. No wonder they demanded our US passports at the check-in. They have friendly staff, who are always willing to make us comfortable and feel at home."
