"Stayed here with my family and it was a nice getaway. The amenities were great, the staff was helpful and quick to help with any issues. With that said, some issues we had was: - when we checked in to our room, we realized they had us at the second floor and that was troublesome with 2 toddlers and our luggage. - when we got into our room, we saw that there were multiple food/trash particles (raspberries, chips, bottle caps) in the crevices of the bed/fridge area. Paint chips were in the shower as well. They came and helped us to another room, bottom floor & helped with our luggage within 15 minutes of us calling them. - lastly, not a deal breaker, but if they knew we were traveling with kids, perhaps put us on the first floor or a building closer to a pool that’s not “adult pool.” (They have 3 pools and we were placed next to the adult pool, and had no idea it was even an adult pool until another guest had to tell us off) a bit annoyed, but luckily he was “nice” about it. Those were just some minor issues, and was happy that they took care of our room situation. Will be back again for the amenities. "

"*Sigh*, based on other reviews I wanted this place to be more then it is.. I'm going to seem pretty snooty but here we go.. 1. Parking was super congested and it was nearly impossible to get a spot near your room 2. Staff was plenty nice, however it seems that the system they use for reservations is lacking 3. Our room key didn't work, which was very annoying when you go up a floor with all of your items and can't get in 4. there were an incredible amount of grasshoppers outside near the lights. Like not just a little bit, like a swarm. luckily they do not bite 5. there was clearly a gap around the door seal of our room. with the door shut, you can clearly see the lights from outside the room 6. Air conditioning worked fine, but there was a very large amount of debris and food in it.. 7. for a single king room, there was only 2 outlets and 1 nightstand 8. the small table could barely fit 2 people to sit and eat. we end up sitting by the TV console because the table was too near the air conditioner (and was pretty gross) 9. floors weren't the best quality and made me question the cleanliness. I barely wanted to take my shoes off 10. the bathroom (toilet/tub room) and vanity light were the same, so any time you wanted to use the bathroom at night the vanity light needed to be on too. 11. the bathroom sink pressure was insane, and water just got all over the place any time you used it. 12. the shower water stunk bad won't go back, spend the additional $50/night"

"We booked a room here because we were attending a concert at Spotlight 29. Check in was easy and they worked hard to get us a room on the bottom floor as we are seniors. We dropped our bags inside and left for the concert only to find it had been cancelled! We decided to drive back home and sleep in our own bed as we live only and hour and half away. We checked out at the desk and told them what we were doing and that we never used the room, only placed our bag inside. Well guess what! They refunded our money! We were so happy! Thank you motel 6 manager! My only negative is that the area is not the best. A lot of homeless roaming around and upon leaving there were cops arresting someone down the street. There were several motels on this street and it looked about the same. The other motels were twice as expensive. "

"This was hands down the best experience we've ever had in this area. It all kicked off at the front desk and Jeremy was the absolute best at representing the Hyatt brand. He was super professional, friendly, and knew everything about the property, including its history. Just everything you'd expect from a place like this and then some. The room was top-notch! It was huge and spotless. The pools were also great, and there was loads of seating within a few steps of the pool. Overall, our stay was just amazing and we'll definitely be back."
