The staff who helped me was as sweet as they come but we couldn’t communicate. No lock on the bedroom door, and you are locked in the property. I ended up leaving and going elsewhere. "

They said that they maybe could organise a room for later that evening but I would have to pay cash immediately if I wanted it. I left and found an alternative and have applied for a refund. "The grounds are so beautiful, the walking paths, sitting areas and pool. The food offered at the restaurant was really good. Would suggest to improve the bathrooms in the rooms, include shampoo and ensure hot water. "
