"The facilities were fantastic especially for kids. The location was a bit outside of the main tourist area but there was so much to do inside the resort it didn’t matter. Indoor & outdoor water parks, massive pools and onsens baths, best of all it was all heated! Breakfast buffet was amazing so many options with a beautiful outlook onto the beach. Staff were very friendly helpful. I will be staying here again. "

Getting the suitcases up the stairs to the entrance was a pain. The shower door wouldn’t close properly so water leaked all over the bathroom floor. "
