"This hotel is a beautiful heritage building so, within these limitations was excellent. The room was clean and very tastefully decorated with modern bathroom and appealing furniture. The reception and cleaning staff were extremely friendly and spoke good English voluntarily. Parking was limited and in the lane behind the hotel. The hotel comprised of 2 adjacent buildings with carpeted hallways and decorated walls. Oozing historical charm. Loved it"

"We did a 'tour of Canada' by car. We stayed in Saguenay for 3 nights, Charlevoix for 1, Quebec City for 2, Montreal for 2 and Kingston for 1. This hotel was one that the kids will remember for years to come. It was incredibly unique and the view was spectacular. Hot tub was a bonus and had all of the 'creature comforts' that you could hope for. The loft bed was a highlight as it provided stunning unencumbered views down the mountain. Just simply beautiful."

"This hotel was a gem! Beautiful, sleek style, intertwining with their garden and animals to visit and well situated for Baie St-Paul. The room was comfortable and the view as advertised : we could see St-Laurence river with big boat passing afar. The staff was smiling and helpful, moreover we could see them gathering and being happy together. Which is a sign of good management in my book. We will definitively go back, and we recommend it."

"SHARED BATHROOM: Overall, the building is in a great location; good parking; TV is very small for the room; soundproofing is almost nil (hear everything -room next door, floor above; etc so bring earplugs). Good shower - hot. Breakfast is very nice/generous. However, if you share a bathroom, breakfast is included. Need to walk a half a block to get breakfast. If you want a private bathroom, then breakfast is NOT included. Staff very kind and exceptional in being able to speak English."
