Liked the location and proximity to my family and shopping. Out of the way without being too far. Did not enjoy the lack of power for two hours (no back up power source), no accessible rooms on the first floor (no way to get a 350lb wheelchair out in case of emergency), nor the lack of hot water for three days…

Coffee machine in lobby was not working ( out of beans apparently) no one could fix it and the bar cafe was closed at 10:00 am on Sunday morning. On Sunday there are not really any other breakfast and coffee places open there. Limited options, small town. Rooms were nice, bed was not very firm and. Bedding was lite no blankets so you needed the heat up high which is not good for sinus to stay warm when it was cool weather outside. No coffee maker in the room that I saw but I saw coffee pods on the Housekeeping cart, so not sure if some rooms had coffee makers.

The hotel was very nice and very clean! It was decorated so cutely with Christmas decorations when we went. It was very quaint and cozy. The room was comfortable and had very nice features. We would absolutely revisit!

Great location, very nice hotel. Friendly staff. nice pool. I would warn tourists that the locals leave town most holidays and most of the downtown shuts down on major holidays so just a warning if traveling to Thomasville for a quick holiday getaway.

Beautiful little town with great dining and friendly people. The hotel is very nice, the pool and inner yard area are so nice (the pool area is a bit small but it was never crowded). Great staff, just a very nice experience. I didn't eat at the hotel so cannot rate that, the town is too full of nice restaurants to explore! The great thing about this town is that it is easy to explore on foot and that you can get everything (like water, berries, fruit, toiletries) from the grocery store right next to the hotel. A Walgreens is also within walking distance. It is not the easiest place to get to sans car -as ground transportation from for example Tallahassee via Uber is $70 tip- but VERY walkable once you are there. I am writing this from a solo NYC carless woman's perspective :) to my fellow solo NYC women travelers - may not apply to most people.
