"It seemed like a campsite. Checkin was at the restaurant which was kids running around screaming EVERYWHERE. Room wasn’t ready so we waited a few hours and ate. Food I will say was delicious!! It’s on the water - or lack there of. More mud and not a pretty sight. Our room was in the very back and no one offered to help with our bags. Then it was up maybe 20 stairs. Hot. Room was basic. "Room was of good quality and very clean (better than some others on the island). It was nice to have a deck with table, and small sink/hanging space. The pool was small but clean and suitable. The gardens are well kept, and it's peaceful, yet so close to the centre of town. "This was a good mid tier resort to stay at. The property is beautiful. Beach front dining. Food was not that great but edible. You can get better food just a walk away. The rooms were good, except for the last couple of day we were there, but that’s not a bad thing. Staff were nice, on the ball. All requests were answered promptly. I personally would not stay here again, since there are many other resorts I would like to visit. "

"The room condition was accurately reflected by the photographs. The venue was kept cleanly, and the pool was a nice addition to hot sunny days. The location is comfortable and convenient walking distance to everything Thong Sala related. We had a great stay and the staff were very accommodating. "Beach was not nice or usable, the shower was only trickle and the AC was way too cold at night. The upside was the daily excursions were offered for a very reasonable price and there was a fun vibe. Staff was not very helpful when I lost something, they didn’t even try to look for the item. "
