"The best thing about this property is the staff and the breakfast. Also the room was large and decorated nicely. The hotel is extremely tired. Annex rooms are small, poor quality and scalding water - stayed there in 2025. This year I was in the main building in an executive double room. Water was luke warm in a morning - every morning. Curtains hanging off and don’t close properly. Take your own hairdryer as the ones they provide are poor. The property is tired and needs the basics sorting. Doubtful I’ll return for my 2027 trip"
