"Very nice facility however it is undergoing construction a fact that we weren’t made aware of until well after the booking. They also charge a resort fee (why not include it in the price of the room?) which were not made aware of until check out. We also had to pay extra for maid service ( again we were not made aware until check out) and parking. Where in the hell am I going to park? The parking garage was full so most everyone staying there, drove there. It’s not the kind of place you walk to or take the bus to. The advertised room rate is not what you pay."

"We had a fantastic one-night stay in Laguna Beach and wished we could have stayed longer! The views were absolutely breathtaking and made for a perfect coastal getaway. The amenities were wonderful and truly enhanced our experience. We especially enjoyed the restaurants, pool service, and spa, all of which exceeded our expectations. Every staff member we encountered was extremely friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, making us feel valued from the moment we arrived. One of our favorite features was the piano bar area in the lobby. It created such a relaxing and elegant atmosphere and was the perfect place to unwind in the evening. Between the beautiful property, exceptional service, and unbeatable location, this was a memorable stay. We can't wait to come back and visit again!"

"We had such a wonderful stay during our 2 days in Laguna Beach. The hotel was beautiful and the view was absolutely amazing. The location was perfect and made everything so convenient. One of the things we appreciated most were all the thoughtful amenities. Having beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels provided made our trip so much easier, especially traveling with a toddler. It was such a nice touch and really helped us relax and enjoy our time at the beach without the extra hassle. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. Everyone made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Laguna Beach."
