"Breakfast need more things and room need more clean"

"This is a good location, the room was clean, nice view of the city. There was a restaurant down stairs that had some really good burgers & breakfast was $9.99 per person, the breakfast was good, convenient and there was a nice variety to choose from. Heated pool was a plus. We stayed here for a graduation. Only 13 min from the airport. I would stay again "

"Well first of all Expedia screwed up and booked 2 rooms and I didn't realize it until the day of our stay and then I called and the guy at Expedia said the 1 reservation was cancelled but the other one was still good. Well we get to sonesta and both of our rooms were cancelled by Expedia. So the guy at the desk DEMENTRIE was so awesome and got our room reinstated as our daughter had a club volleyball tournament at Columbus convention center the next morning. Then he did an extra special thing for me and my family and made it so much better. He went above and beyond and the rest of the staff were awesome along with the restaurant staff. Sonesta hotel was a great experience. I highly recommend it."

"Completely under construction, no breakfast being served and ice machine broken. So many things broken in the room and blinds missing slats so was like daylight all night long with parking lot lights"

"Roaches. My shower light produced more water (from the upstairs neighbors shower drain). There were literal hairs flowing out of the light fixture along with all of the upstairs units waste water. I was awoken by the staff screaming at someone outside of my door at 0600 after other neighbors were outside yelling and partying until 0300. Couldn't use the bathroom at all. Couldn't sleep. Staff was notified of the leak as soon as it presented and nothing was done or even offered to be done. So i spent 65 dollars on a hotel room in which i couldn't use the bathroom, shower or sleep. Awesome..."

"In can’t tell you they decided to cancel my room without me knowing until I got there "

"Can’t really complain. You can’t expect too much from a 2 star property. Staff was nice. Free parking. Only thing I’ll mention is that the shower head was leaking. It was spraying water towards the ceiling every time we turned it on. We had to hang a wash cloth on top of the leak to prevent the water from spraying us in the face as well. Other than that, the water was hot, shower pressure was fine."

"The owner needs to ensure all rooms after each visit carpet steam clean and all lights work properly"
