"Stayed with 2 teenagers and 2 kids under 12 and had family friends a few doors down which included two other teenagers. Kids had a blast skiing, which is convenient to walk from the property. We took the free shuttle to the Great Steps for shopping and tubing. Would stay here again."

"Staff: breakfast staff were incredible, helpful. One even filled my coffee mug when my hands were full on my way out. However, the office staff were practically non-existent. I tried to report a problem and got no response to the required phone call. It is fortunate that I solved the problem by myself and could actually get into my room on Saturday night. The management needs to check all the security latches on the doors. If they screws loosen, the latch drops enough to make opening the door from the outside a BIG PROBLEM. I made a temporary solution by finger tightening the screws. I'm reporting it here because office staff were unavailable to whom to report this."
