"Planters Inn was an excellent hotel! The staff was friendly and will go out of their way to help you with anything you need. Our room was kept clean and always stocked with water. Room was beautiful, bathroom was wonderful as well. I have no complaints, everything was just perfect! The Inn is also central to absolutely everything. Anything we wanted to do was a short walk away. Definitely book Planters if you want to be in the middle of everything fun!"
"Great location, central to everything.
Clean facilities, friendly staff.
Would definitely stay again.
Only less than ideal aspect is amenity fee, which was not explicitly discussed during booking process or at check in. This seems pretty typical nowadays and is fairly reasonable, but would have been nice to know or even just pay upfront/price into booking."
"Everything was great until the day I left and I found I was bitten by bed bugs. There were 5 spots on my body that are incredibly itchy. This gave me a lot of anxiety and a terrible way to end my vacation. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast and the macarons they sent to guests were very sweet and considerate. I didn't tell the staff about my condition because I didn't find about my condition until the day of check out and it became worse on my way home. I hope the hotel does something about the bed bug."
"Charming hotel and great location. Great breakfast, snacks during the day, and wine, beer, and cheese in the evening. Friendly and attentive staff. Great stay overall. "
"Does service is exceptional. The room condition is beautiful. Everything is excellent, except the mechanical room is in my bedroom, which makes some noise in the middle of the night. Also, since my room is on the first floor, I have no privacy if I leave the drape open. So even in broad daylight, I have no choice but to keep the drip closed and it feels stuffy in the room."
