"Dirt in the room and under the bed. Staff generally good. Booking came with a room upgrade due to status. Room upgrade didn’t occur despite the hotel being empty and having availability on their website. Emailed the hotel through Expedia app (replying to the message they sent me) asking questions. That was ignored and not responded to. Dinner food quality was poor considering my the level they quote themselves to be at and prices charged. Ice cream for dessert clearly suffering from freezer burn...

"The location was central to places we wanted to visit. The area seemed safe and the property was secure. Parking was available which was helpful in a town where parking places are at a premium. The rooms were comfortable and well appointed. Everything seemed modern and fairly new."

"We had a fantastic stay here to celebrate my Wife's birthday. Hotel is located really close to all Malvern facilities like the theatre, shopping, evening entertainment and access to the hills. We booked the "delixe apartment" but internally atvthe hotel this is known as the "Hideaway" It is actually a 3 bedroom apartment with beautiful period features like dormer windows bit the important elements have been lovingly refurbished recently.
