"The Luck Esan medium room was clean and comfortable with a good bathroom. The shower, airco, wifi, lighting, frig, flat tv all operated well. There is cupboard space, table, chair. The staff is friendly and efficient. A large Lotus supermarket and an 711 is within a 5 minute walk. The hotel has no lift. A ground floor room with microwave and free coffee is nice to use. "

"The room has no hair dryer which is the most basic thing the hotel should provide. There are roster or chickens on left side of the hotel which make a loud noise to the room since 5 a.m. as well as in the evening. It really disturbs the rest time for me. However, the staff is really nice, room is clean and quite renovate which is different from outside that looks old."

"Booked to stay in one of the shared dorms, but they gave me a room with two beds. The facilities like the bathroom and room were basic, but clean and functional. The common areas like the hand washing and kitchenette area were also clean. "Possibly the best hotel that Ubon Ratchathani has to offer. The staff are very attentive and nothing seems to be too much trouble. The gym is limited if you like resistance training as there's only really a dumbbell rack (no cable machines of any kind) and a single bench, but cardio is covered by a couple of treadmills and bikes. The onsite coffee shop is good, as is the breakfast with plenty on offer. I didn't eat anything other than breakfast in the hotel so cannot comment on dinner quality but it looked quite good from afar! Location is right next door to large shopping mall and convention centre,"
