"The hotel itself is OK. What spoiled the impression is the lack of professionalism of the reception staff. In the hotel there are the people speaking good English, but they were absent when we checked-in and out. As a result it took 30 minutes to be checked-in and 40 minutes to be checked-out. "Reasonably sized and comfortable room with several downsides. First was the smell of smoke whereby I requested a non-smoking room. The in room dining menu stated it was available up to 10pm but when I called at 9.45pm, I was told it was no longer available. Lastly, my colleague who book into the same room category received fruit basket and dumpling whereas I did not have any welcome items. Rather disappointed with a hotel branding that is under Westin."
