Terrible hotel, it was showing pet friendly and up on our arrival at 23;00 tiered they told us we can’t have pets ! This is unacceptable Plus they reception guys do not speak English and do not show any solutions to the issue

A pleasent trip.
Very friendly place to stay. Breakfast was good. Service was excellent. Parking was a bit tight. Shower in room didnt get above a mild warm. Very nicely located. Easy to get to the beach and center of Pipa.

The property was excellent. However, I booked a room with two beds on Expedia but when I checked in the hotel said they did not have rooms with two beds. They offered to put a single in the room but we declined as there wasn't enough room to comfortably fit another bed.

This is the second time I have stayed at pipa Park and there is a good reason I went back. It's because it is like a paradise I have never been anywhere like this even where you parked the car is not just gravel or pavement or concrete it's actually tight grass. You can just drive on it it's amazing. ...

It was my friends bday and o asked for a special BRAZILIAN cake and flowers in his room. Flor (Florencia) was super fast in responding and arranged everything beautifully- even the bed was decorated with flowers a happy bday sign!! Thank you again Flor - you rock! Looking forward to returning.
