I had already paid for room, dropped my bags, then went out as room was not ready which was fine. They put my bags in the room but never gave me a key, stood there waiting like a fool at the desk for way too long, then no apology. Oh well, not sure I’d stay there again. "

The only negative thing is that we didn’t know we’d have to pay state and local taxes when we left, so that was an additional 60 Euro that no one told us about when we booked.
