"Awesome, it was amazing being there. The staff are the best part —everyone is so kind —and the manager is amazing, and the hotel is very well organised. Congratulations"
"I had a lovely stay here, the hotel was great, offering a breathtaking view to the sea of Galilee.
All staff were wonderful and welcoming, the lady reception manager was most helpful in providing assistance as I needed a taxi upon my departure/checkout. All other reception staff were wonderful too. Restaurant staff and housekeeping staff were fantastic, very helpful and always had a smile 😁 All other staff members from other departments I had some across were also wonderful too 🙂
I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to visit for a few days, or maybe longer 👍"
"If the air conditioning had gotten the room cooler than 26C on our first night, I’d have been happier. The other problem - was the mould and unclean appearance of the shower and the fact that all 3 shower gel and shampoo dispensers were empty. I liked the hotel staff and appreciated the room was quiet and comfortable but AAAAGH how do they accept such low levels of deep cleaning? "
"The placement of the room was terrible. It was in the very old building and at the great distance from the elevator. the lot was broken and dilapidated.
The room was not comfortable. The refrigerator and conditioner were faulty...."
