"The moment we pulled up we were greeted with the the most friendly vallet attendant. The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful as well as we were not sure where to park the car at first but one phone call to the front desk aa she noticed us parked and assured us we were in the right spot. "I have never stayed at a hotel that was so loud before. Doors slamming all night and people walking up and down the hall yelling. The walls were so thin we could hear the rooms on both sides of us anytime someone talked. We stayed on the club floor (upgrade since our room was sold out) and did not expect that kind of experience. While the property was clean and the staff were great, we couldn’t sleep and wouldn’t stay here again. "

Unfortunately the breakfast was not suitable for a diabetic or anyone monitoring their sugar intake . We had an efficiency room that was not stocked with ANY utensils or cooking apparatus. "

"The room smelled like cigarettes from time to time. The toilet paper holder was broken. The shower had what looked like rusty from the overflow drain to the regular drain. The shower faucet was leaking. The bathroom door wouldn't close. The ceiling light in the main area was flickering. "

"The room walls had mold on them there weren’t any pillowcases on the pillows which were left in a pile on the bed the linen was dirty and the front desk staff was very rude and did not provide good customer service or communication skills "

"The rooms were terrible. 1st room on second floor had bed bugs! 2nd room on 1st had dirty sheets and poor water pressure, barely came out! 3rd room dirty shower and hole in wall. Connection room very loud, staff did nothing about it until 4am on second stay. Side door was not secured. Can get in without a key, door just opened. WILL NEVER STAY OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE WVR AGAIN !!!!!!!"
