"5 stars because there were no bed bugs, which is all that really matters to me.
The front desk staff were all very sweet and helpful. The woman who called to confirm the reservation, the one at check in at 1 am, and the lady at the desk during breakfast were all friendly to interact with.
I stayed in Room # 222. Sheets and pillowcases were clean, crisp white, and very comfortable. There were a good amount of pillows. We checked around the room, lifted both mattresses, checked the trim and headboards. We didn't see any indication of bed bugs. Both mattresses were zipped inside a bed-bug protector.
There was a microwave inside the room. The fridge and AC were cold. Inside the fridge, if you turn the dial, you can freeze water bottles.
The building next door has bright, red LED lights shining around its perimeter. Visually, I can understand why some people might think that looks sketchy. I looked on google maps to see what it was. It's just a remodeled, trendy, modern, apartment complex.
Between 12 am and about 3 am, there’s really loud music outside the hotel. There’s a Wawa nearby that gets pretty busy, so it might be coming from cars parked there. Police sirens pass by sometimes, and the music quiets down for a bit but then gets loud again.
