Sevas studios ligger ca 20 minutters gange fra sjøen. Og det er BRATT opp dit. Står i reklamen at det er ved sjøen, noe som ikke er i nærheten av hva som er tilfelle for dette hotellet. Hotellet er rent og ryddig, men beliggenheten blir helt feil.

A great place to relax and enjoy vacation.

Wonderful people, very welcoming, made sure we felt safe and comfortable. Breakfast was prepared with love every day, and it was delicious. I would love to come again.

Charming and peaceful place in Livadia, Tilos!

Wonderful hosts with great humor. They picked us up from the port and were very welcoming. Offered delicious breakfast and a spacious balcony and a bright lit room (great lighting for an artist). The commodities were also useful consisting of an iron, hair drier, and all necessary kitchen utilities.The staff made sure that the room was clean every day which was really nice. Great view with durable protective mosquito nets. The peace and quiet that we experienced here was even more magical at night when it was windy and we were able to open the balcony door (since it had a net) to let the wind in. We can’t wait to visit here again.

Uruselt mottagande!

Fick ej rum på hotellet trots att bokningen var bekräftad. Ägaren mycket nonchalant och rent otrevlig. Blev bara lämnad vid hamnen och fick själv hitta till Sevas studio och blev då slutligen hänvisad till ett annat hotel på Tilos. Sevas studios såg ut att ha flera tediga rum! Förklaringen jag fick var "Problems." Största problemet blev för mig!!! Aldrig mer Sevas för mig!!!

Επισκέφτηκαμε το κατάλυμα για μια διανυκτέρευση. Παρ'ολο που είχαμε κάνει online κράτηση, ο κύριος "δεν ήταν ενημερωμένος", ευτυχώς όμως το δωμάτιο ήταν έτοιμο! Ένα απλό, μικρο δίκλινο με πολύ ωραία θέα!! Στο μπαλκόνι δεν είχε ομπρέλα με αποτελεσμα να μας καίει ο ήλιος από το πρωί..το πρωινό μας ενημέρωσε η κυρία ότι σερβιριζόταν στο δωμάτιο την ώρα που θέλαμε (όχι ακριβώς δλδ)! Υπήρχε διάθεση για εξυπηρέτηση! Το οίκημα χρήζει ανακαίνισης, διότι πόρτες ,παράθυρα,σιτες,εξοπλισμος κτλ είχαν υποστεί φθορές! Πολύ κοντά στο λιμανι και ο κύριος ήρθε να μας παραλάβει από εκεί την ώρα άφιξης μας! Το πρωινό περιελάμβανε τοστ,χυμό,καφέ,ψωμιά με μαρμελάδα και βούτυρο.. Το ίντερνετ έπιανε πολύ καλά όπου κι αν ήσουν στο οίκημα!

Deludente soprattutto per pulizia e bagni

Ottima posizione per Livadia, a confronto con la descrizione di altre strutture nei dintorni da parte di altri italiani abbiamo ricavato che la struttura è al di sotto della media soprattutto per ciò che riguarda la pulizia e le manutenzioni (occhio ai bagni..). Noi ci siamo fatti cambiare camera per un problema con le tubature. Punti a favore sono lo stabile (molto carino), la terrazza (chiedete il piano superiore) e la colazione.

Vi blev hentet ved færgeankomst og kørt til færge ved afsejling. Stedet ligger fint i forhold til byen. Der er en fantastisk udsigt. Hotellet er ikke til 5 stjerner men vi havde en rigtig dejlig ferie der og kan varmt anbefale Sevas. Rengøringen kunne være meget bedre. Der er ikke morgenmads lokale så morgenmaden bliver serveret på værelset. Men alt i alt et super sted.

Fremragende udsigt

Hotellets ejer afhenter ved færgelejet og kører gæsten de ca 500 m op til hotellet. Der er fantastisk udsigt fra værelserne over bugten. Morgenmad bliver leveret på terrassen hver morgen
