"Unfortunately, our stay had several issues. The biggest concern was the bathroom — it was very old and there were cockroaches, which was really unacceptable. On top of that, the cleaning was not done properly. I noticed hairs on the bathroom walls, which made it feel unhygienic.

They wanted to transfer hotels, but settled on a different room, once they got the different room everything seemed to be fine. "When you enter it looks modern, but once you get to the rooms, you realize it's dated rooms. And when we looked down beside the toilet, there was a dead cockroach, lol. We are not complainers, and we had accidently booked this one as we thought we booked the other airport Holiday Inn. That hotel, was very clean, modern and had more amenities as well. We didn't complain as it was a long day and just needed somewhere to sleep."
