The property was exactly as advertised, in a great location and was spotless. Also, having tea and coffee at the property is only a small touch but has a great impact and shows Manu cares for guests. "The room was quite clean, but I did not like that the carpet in both the room and the hotel was very dirty. I believe a hotel should not have carpets in such poor condition. The staff was okay, but not very friendly. I think this may be related to the way British people are, although if you work in customer service, you should always provide the best experience possible. The breakfast was excellent, with very helpful staff and delicious, fresh food. Parking was average. Also, the lack of air conditioning in the room was very inconvenient, and there was no ice machine available either."
