"Hello, I need to report a serious issue with the mattress in the property. We found bedbugs in the bed, and this has caused discomfort and concern for our health and belongings. We would like this issue addressed immediately and would appreciate a solution as soon as possible, including professional cleaning/treatment and compensation or a refund for the inconvenience caused. "Refurbished rooms were a joke. Couldn't see any TV because we were not given the password for the internet. My bed had a section that made you feel like you were in a hole which was near the edge of the bed and a hump in the middle. Never could get comfortable. The second floor room was very small, and pretty run down, not at all like the pictures. Took 3 days, only lasted two, because we needed to get out of the hotel. I would not recommend this for anyone looking for comfort, all in all it's...

"It was little things that were a little disappointing. The shampoo and things were bolted to the shower wall, which means you had to get out of the tub, walk over to the shower and get some shampoo, and walk back to the tub. Also, the pools are great if you wanna swim meet, but not so much for a resort. You had to climb down ladders to get into the pool, not take steps. In some of the housekeeping staff are kind of rude."
