Tìm Cottage tại Tinley Park

"Property seems fairly new, but you can already tell it is not being taken care if properly. In the room the window sill is dirty and has dead bugs, the corners and base board of the floor is dirty and isn’t being cleaned as it should. The elevatir doors need to cleaned, and the carpet in the hallways looks much older than the building itself. The toilet is in a little room by itself, which is tight and no ventilation, plus the toilet sits so low."

"The staff was super helpful. Common areas-- carpets, furniture, etc badly need updates. I noticed that the chairs in the reception area were worn to the point of being threadbare-- not a good look, and I did not want to sit on them. There were drain flies in my bathtub. To her credit, the receptionist switched me to a different room and gave me a breakfast voucher as soon as I told her. The new room was much better with no bugs, but the toilet handle did not work properly."

"Room was very clean and spacious, staff was friendly"

"The hotel was super clean! Breakfast was the BEST continental I’ve ever had at a hotel! The staff at the front desk was HORRIBLE! The young lady, that was at the desk when I checked in, was SO RUDE & snappy. Then they did a shift change and I came down around 1am and that young lady was acting as if I was bothering her. Lazy & did not want to do her job. Cleaning staff was great and the lady that was in charge of breakfast was AMAZING! So nice, helpful & welcoming!"

"Quiet clean convenient location great breakfast"

"Clean parking staff plus"

"The property was nice."

"Overall the place was clean, and breakfast was really good. However, the staff is rude and their attitudes are not friendly at all. The tone that is presented needs to be carefully assessed and carefully considered."

"Do not stay here."
