Beautiful new hotel with amazing staff. Jose-Louis, the concierge, was incredibly helpful with getting a guide and transportation to Chichen Itza.

Room was clean and tidy but was kind of dark due to black furniture. Staff was good and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic and we liked the service. The amount we paid for one night stay is pricey for the quality of hotel in that small town.
