The hotel is brand new, they told us they opened in November 2023. Bathroom is modern and rivals 4 star hotels in Europe & the USA. The floors are laminate or hardwood not carpet & everything was clean and fresh...

"Check in not great as the card payment machine not functioning correctly so had to pay with cash. No toilet paper provided in bathroom for European travellers. However I did not request via room service. Therefore they may have provided on request. I just will never know. "
