I was very much disappointed with the room condition, especially the bathroom. Difficult to flush the toilet. Very difficult to operate the main room door, every time I had to call for assistance.

A decent place, but for the rate charged, it is not of that standard. Check in was not smooth, because they could not connect with my original booking. I am thankful to Expedia for retrieving my original booking reference.

awful hotel - Do not stay there

Check-in desk staffs are awful , they have ZERO experience in how to talk to guests , rooms were not cleaned (asked multiple times to clean room and change bed sheets). I felt insulted when the check-in staff inquired about a water bottle I hold on my hand (not even cost 25 cents) , as if I shoplifted a water bottle (SO AWFUL and extreme RUDE behavior).I never recommend to stay in this hotel.So far no apology from staff or hotel manager.

Definitely worth a stay.

Very comfortable stay. Room very nice and tidy. Staff was extremely friendly right from our entry to exit. The concierge were helpful as I missed my check out time. They were considerate and extended my time. Absolutely loved the food. And the plus was parking. Would recommend this place to everyone visiting Tirupati.

Peaceful Stay

The hotel rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is also very courteous and accommodative. The hotel accommodates a request for early check-in also. The breakfast is one of the best I have had which has a lot of variety, good taste, and a very reasonable tariff.

Centrally located hotel. Everyone knows about it by the name Grand Hotel. Staffs are extremely cordial. The entrance/ lobby could have been better with the looks even though it is spacious. The room windows are shaded gives feeling of non-existence of the window without possibility of sun rays at any point of time. It is possibly due to presence of a large shopping mall adjacent to the hotel.... hardly separated from the hotel building. However, in some occasions the mall could be of an advantage

Nice hotel and staff.

Like the hotel. Will gladly stay again. In fact, I will only stay at Minerva Grand. Liked the room service and the restaurant. There was an issue with the AC but the staff fixed it.

Good food and ambience in the restaurant

The bathroom had leaky water lines. Water from shower was flowing in the entire bathroom. Not a clean bathroom compared to the room because of poor upkeep. Good restaurant. Complementary Breakfast was good. Location is good.
