"in 44 years of traveling around the world this was the worse and demeaning Hotel experience ever had( payment was made in advance BTW )! i cannot say anything about the accommodations because i never made it in!!! After an exhausting and temultuous trip to Potenza , my only concern was checking in , resting down my heavy luggage and preparing etc etc! however when i approached the door and tried to enter , there was no response or answer, i also tried to call a dozen times to no response! "This hotel is no where close to a 4 star property! No kettle in the room for tea, when I asked the reception they said I can order tea from room service. Upon check in I asked the receptionist if breakfast was included in our stay and she said yes, during checkout we were told it wasn’t and that we had to pay extra for it. After checking in, we went to our room which was filled with flies, even few dead on the floor. I asked the receptionist if this could be sorted and they sent room cleaning with a fly killing spray. I would never recommend this place."
